What is a loyalty program?

The loyalty program allows you to earn points and redeem them for vouchers with applicable discounts.
Each 1 £ which you spend on our services will give you 1 point towards your loyalty program.
100 points can be exchanged for 10% of discounts for all of my services. 200 points can be exchanged for a 20% discount on all of my services.

What is the maximum discount which I can get for my services?

The maximum amount of points used towards one transaction is 200 points which is equivalent to 20% off from all of my services.
What is the easiest way to earn points?
Each 1£ spent on my services is giving you 1 point towards your Loyalty program.
How to earn your first 150 points easily without any spending in easy 2 steps:

Step one - 100 points - register as a website member.

Go to the Monikgruba.art website and hit the Loyalty program page at the top menu or drop off the menu on your mobile phone.
Press the button BECOME A MEMBER.
Press sign up and add your details including your name surname, email, and mobile number.
Press the confirmation button.
You will receive a welcome email from me that you have earned 100 points which you can exchange for the 10% off from my service.

Step two - 50 points - subscribe to my newsletter.
Go to the Monikgruba.art website and hit the SUBSCRIBE page at the top menu or drop off the menu on your mobile phone. Put your email in the box and then press the sign-up button below.
That is you earned another 50 points.

How to exchange points for discounts?
Log on to your account on my website.
Look at MY REWARDS page.
If you have enough points you can redeem a coupon. Copy this code and paste it on the checkout the price will automatically change to a new price with a discount applied. Complete the transaction and pay a deposit to secure your appointment.
You can redeem 10 or 20% off vouchers once. Once you have used it you cannot use it again. Once you receive the voucher your points will be deducted from your account.
The voucher codes are not transferable. You cannot give the code to your friend or family member. This is your personal voucher and you can only use it towards your own transactions.

Points are not a subject of expiry there is no time frame to use them.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash - or paid to your account. For example, you have earned 300 points which is equivalent to 20% of discounts for one service and 10% for another. Points have to be used to discount my services there is no other way to use loyalty points.

Loyalty program exemptions.
Points cannot be used towards already discounted seasonal offers.
For example, if you come back to me to refresh my work up to one year after my service has been done you will get a 50% premium discount for refreshed eyebrows/ lips. That meant 50 % off is the maximum that you can get and you cannot add existing points to this discount to get more than 50 % off. In this situation, your points should be used towards the new services.
