Cancelations refunds and rescheduling of your appointments policy.
FACE TREATENTS / NAILS / LASHES / NON-PMU BROWS

The main purpose of deposit is to secure your appointment. Deposit which you have paid will be deducted from the cost of your procedure on your final bill.

Non refundable deposit. The deposit which has been paid by you to secure the appointment cannot be return to you if you do not turn up at your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment once until 24 hours before your main procedure and in this circumstances your deposit will be used to secure your future appointment. If you decide to reschedule your appointment second time your will lose your deposit and need to pay new deposit to secure new appointment. ​
PMU / LIP BLUSH / EYBROWS PMU / deposit / rescheduling / cancelation

PMU procedures. The all PMU procedures such as PMU EYEBROWS / LIP BLUSH and new future high value procedures are the subject of an exclusion from 24 hours cancelation policy and 72 hours period applied to them. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment within less than 72 hours before the procedure. You have a right to reschedule your PMU appointment until 72 hours before the procedure and in this circumstances your deposit will be used to secure future appointment.

Deposit. A non-refundable booking fee deposit of 50£ PMU treatment is required to secure your main appointment, deductible from the full treatment cost. For example if the treatment cost 280£ and you paid 50 pounds deposit. You have to pay the outstanding charge in the day when your procedure has been done which is 230£ pounds.

Positive patch test. You have right to cancel your appointment in case if you have positive skin patch test. We are unable to perform the procedure due to risk of adverse effects and you have right to cancel the appointment ant your deposit will be returned to you.

The full cost of Permanent Makeup Treatment (minus the booking deposit ) is payable at your main appointment. The follow up appointment must take place within 5-8 weeks from main appointment and within this time frame will be free of charge. If you make an appointment later missing the 8 weeks landmark the follow up appointment will need to be paid extra.

Your second session Permanent Makeup appointment is to be taken 5-8 weeks after your main appointment and it is free of charge.

Late second session - if you missed 8 weeks mark you will be charge 60£ for the late second session.

Extra Third session - normally yo do not need any third session, but if you think you need an extra touch, get more saturation, darkness to your eyebrows after you get used to them we are happy to help. This can be done up to 6 months after original PMU treatment and it will cost additional 60 £.

If you make the decision not to return for your free second session the full treatment cost still applies a partial refund will not be offered.

In the circumstances when "Monika Gruba Permanent Makeup” is unable to fulfil your second session PMU appointment within the stated timeframe due to illness, forced closure or other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, a reasonable extension will be offered at no additional cost to you.
Non - refundable booking fee.
Transaction Fee - while you pay online deposit through our website we are using different methods which are allowing you to pay money on our accounts in secure way. Those services such as Google Pay / PayPal / Visa / Master card are taking transaction fee. We want to make you aware that when it comes to refund your deposit the transaction fee will be deducted from your deposit in all circumstances. We want you to understand that even we are unable to claim this fee back when you cancel your appointment. The transaction fee is usually between 2-4% of the value of transaction. Those fees depends of what payment method you have used to pay money in.

If “Monika Gruba Permanent Makeup "needs to cancel your appointment (this will only occur in extenuating circumstances) your booking fee will be transferable to a new appointment

No-shows will result in your booking fee being lost. You may be asked to pay for future treatments in full prior to your appointment date

Late arrivals (in excess of 15 minutes) may lead to cancellation of your treatment. Sufficient time is scheduled for your appointment with reasonable contingency, but permanent makeup should never be rushed; cutting your appointment time by more than 15 minutes could have a negative impact on the outcome. Likewise, if your appointment starts late and runs over, this affects the client after you. In the event of necessary cancellation due to you being more than 15 minutes late, your booking fee will be lost and a further £50 booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift card vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

“Monika Gruba Permanent Makeup” reserves the right to refuse treatment (and retain the booking fee) if faced with any situation which they consider to be concerning; including, but not limited to:

a client’s excessive uncertainty about proceeding with the treatment​

the client being, or suspected of being, under the influence of drugs or alcohol
-
abusive or threatening behaviour
